Jenny and Jane are the proud owners of Ruby Reds Hair Salon and founders of RR Hair Academy in Reading. Together, they bring a combined 54 years of experience in hairdressing, with Jane contributing 29 years and Jenny adding 25, including over a decade specialising in hair extensions.
Their extensive background has highlighted a gap in the market for quality hair extension education. They have seen firsthand the lack of reliable advice and comprehensive services available, which inspired them to create a program that goes beyond basic training. At RR Hair Academy, they are committed to teaching hair extensions inclusively, covering every aspect from health and safety to in-depth theoretical knowledge and hands on practical skills.
Their goal is to provide the highest standard of education, ensuring that students graduate with the confidence and expertise needed to excel in offering hair extension services.
